Pistachio “Ganache” Cream 30%: (white chocolate 44% (minimum 55% cocoa – sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soy lecithin), fresh pasteurized cream (milk) from Italy 35%, pistachio puree 10%, butter (milk origin: EU countries), Kirsch liquor 3.5% (hydroalcoholic distillate of cherries – 40% alcohol), Maldon salt flakes.
