Almond Biscuit 70%: (sugar, almond flour 25%, icing sugar 25% (sugar, cornstarch), pasteurized egg white, water, colored with: E129 (may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children).
Raspberry “Ganache” Cream 30%: (white chocolate 48% (minimum 55% cocoa – sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soy lecithin), raspberry puree 32%, butter (milk origin: EU countries) 7%, fresh pasteurized cream (milk) from Italy, inverted sugar, acidulant: citric acid.
