Vanilla “Ganache” Cream 30%: (white chocolate 35% (minimum 55% cocoa – sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soy lecithin), fresh pasteurized cream (milk) from Italy 30%, butter (milk origin: EU countries), Vodka liquor 4% (hydroalcoholic distillate – 40% alcohol), inverted sugar, vanilla beans.
