72% Filling Ganache (Milk Chocolate 44% [minimum 40% cocoa – ingredients: cocoa butter, whole milk powder, sugar, cocoa beans, cane sugar, natural vanilla extract, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, barley malt extract], Chestnut Puree 37%, pasteurized cream [milk], butter [milk] from EU countries, chestnut honey, rum [cane distilled 100% agricultural origin – total alcohol content 50% vol, total alcohol content in the cream < 1%], orange juice). Shell (Biscuit) 28% (sugar, almond flour 23%, pasteurized egg white, water).
